Acceptance of Terms & Enforcement of This Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on jkok's website or mobile platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between jkok and the user, governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. jkok is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above — use of the platform by minors is absolutely prohibited. You are required to confirm your age accurately when creating an account.
Jkok reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation, Verification & Security
Registration Requirements
To create an account on jkok, you must provide accurate details including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other required information. Creating an account with false or incomplete information is prohibited, and such accounts may be cancelled at any time.
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts may be permanently closed.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact support@jkok.ws immediately. jkok will never ask for your password via email or phone.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using the jkok platform, you must comply with the rules set out below. Violations may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Fraud, deception, or operating an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
- Using bots, automated software, or any other automated means to access or operate the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions is strictly prohibited.
- Using jkok's logo, trademarks, or content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Payment, Transactions & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on jkok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
Identity verification must be completed before you can submit a withdrawal request — withdrawals will not be processed without it. Winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal; the conditions for each bonus are stated separately.
If you experience any issues with a deposit or withdrawal, please contact support@jkok.ws within 48 hours. jkok reserves the right to hold or investigate any transaction deemed suspicious.

- Withdrawal processing time: typically within 24 hours
- Maximum daily withdrawal: determined by account tier
- Withdrawals are not available without identity verification
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
Jkok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Creating an account using false information
- Attempted fraud or deception
- Operating Multiple Accounts
- Suspicious Money Laundering Activity
- Bonus Abuse or System Manipulation
Limitation of Liability
The jkok platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. jkok is not directly liable for any service interruptions caused by technical errors, server issues, or loss of internet connectivity.
Jkok is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming or betting. Users place bets at their own discretion and at their own risk.
Jkok is not responsible for the content or security of any third-party websites or services that may be linked from our platform.
Intellectual Property, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content on the jkok platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is the intellectual property of jkok and is fully protected. Users are granted only a limited licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Policy on Changes to Terms
Jkok reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any updates will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between jkok and a user shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh. For any complaints or disputes, please first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting support@jkok.ws.
